A valid official ID (INE or passport). Minors need a CURP, and every guest in the room must register, as required by federal regulation.
Yes, a MXN $1,000 guarantee for incidentals. It is refunded in full if there are no charges.
On refundable rates, cancellation is free until 3 nights before arrival, 11:59 PM Mexico City time. Non-refundable rates are charged at booking and cannot be cancelled.
