- **Check-in / check-out:** 15:00 / 13:00. Early check-in before 9:00: 1 night charge; after 9:00: half night charge. Late check-out until 16:00: 50% of one night; after 17:00: 1 night charge. Subject to availability.

- **Deposit:** MXN $1,000 guarantee at check-in for incidentals; refunded if no charges.

- **Parking:** No on-site parking; public garages nearby; reception can guide.
